Unable to delete files created by Perl scripts
You may find that you are unable to modify or delete files or folders which were created by a Perl/CGI script running on your account. Using the File Manager you can move these objects to the Trash however they may not be removed when you empty the Trash. This issue is due to the fact that these files were created by the user "nobody", aka the web server itself.
To have these items removed from your account just send in a request via a trouble ticket and our support staff will be happy to take care of this for you.
