What is a NON-SHARED SSL certificate?

A non-shared SSL certificate is one that is purchased to work with a specific domain name.

That is, using our SHARED SSL certificate looks like this:

https://servername/~yourusername

Using your own NON-SHARED SSL certificate looks like this:

https://yourdomain.com (or .net, .org, etc.)
